Hey Friends…

I find that no matter where I am…. from the supermarket to the casino … I’m always inquiring of the person wearing a Tattoo next to me just what their tattoo design says. The meaning behind magnificent art plastered on ones body…. and why?  Why did they choose that statement, object of art, symbol…in the form of a Tattoo? And why did they place it there? What was the motivator?

No matter how often I ask these questions, I’m always amazed at the variety of touching stories these strangers are so willing to open up and share with me about why they chose their tattoo. I hear everything from “just because” to “in memory of my child.”

When I was growing up, tattoo wearers were supposed to be roughien motorcycle bikers who were to be steered clear of … those on the fringe of society. Well that’s hardly the case today.

In today’s world, just about in any walk of life you just might find a tattoo wearing person — student, profession, parent – sporting a statement somewhere on a body parts.
